3. Bookings and Appointments

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure appointments.
  • Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.
  • Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
  • No-shows may be charged up to the full appointment value.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
  • Full fees may still apply.

4. Client Health and Safety

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures before treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment where necessary for safety reasons.

5. Product Orders

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order.
  • Cancel orders where pricing errors occur.
  • Limit quantities purchased.

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices include GST where applicable.
  • Prices may change without notice.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.
  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Beauty Services

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are generally not available for completed services.

If you have concerns regarding a service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies where products:

  • Are faulty or defective.
  • Are significantly different from their description.
  • Are not fit for their intended purpose.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Products damaged through misuse.
