No Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

We are unable to accept returns if you:

  • Change your mind
  • Order the wrong item
  • No longer want the product
  • Find the item elsewhere at a different price
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for assessment. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer laws. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
