CANCELLATIONS/DEPOSIT

All appointments require a booking fee to block out that service & my time. Your appointment is considered book once you receive my confirmation text. 24hrs notice must be given as a minimum for cancelling & rescheduling. if you fail to show or cancel within 24hrs you must pay the $25 cancellation fee. The booking fee is then non refundable. There are some circumstances where the fee will be waived.

LATENESS

If you are running more than 15 mins late for your appointment please note you may not be able to get a complete treatment in rare cases the appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

On Sundays 10% loading will be added on for all services & public holidays 20% loading is applied for all services these days exclude any special promo offers to be used.

FEELING UNWELL?

If you are feeling unwell please let me know with as much notice as possible so we can reschedule your appointment. as a small business that interacts with lots of clients each day/week it is in everyone's best interest & with respect that you do not attend when feeling unwell. On the very rare occasion I may be unwell and unable to do your service I will give you as much notice as possible and do my best to fit you in as soon as possible and it will be at my discretion to give you a small discount on your next visit for being understanding.

PAYMENTS

Please note I accept cash, bank transfer & square (bank card) payments & also offer after pay as an option. For all square payments a 1.9% surcharge is applied & for after pay payments a fee is applied which is 6% of the service price. There will be no delayed payment allowed unless we have prior discussed an invoicing agreement and by then the payment has a due date of 7 days from the day of service.

REMINDERS

Please ensure you come to your appointment with clean lashes & no makeup.

Retention is 50% lash tech & 50% client and how you look after them.

For refills 40% of your lashes must be remaining to qualify otherwise you will need to book in for a full set.
